Below is a State Championship one stop shop checklist for coaches.
OSDTDA created this coach checklist to ensure all coaches have a comprehensive and organized approach to take advantage of all the components of the State Championship registration and event.

Coach Registration

(Required)
Make sure to register every coach that is affiliated with  your team. 

Team Registration

(Required)
​Make sure to turn in your team roster, every person that is included as a Team Member.
Deadline: October 22

Routine Registration

(Required)
​Register for Solos, Ensembles, Pom, Hip Hop, Gameday, Mix, Jazz & Kick Routines
​Deadline: October 22

Participant Release Forms

(Required)
​All participants MUST have their form filled out before the championship dates.
Deadline: November 1

Team Photo Submission

(Free Submission) 
All teams need to submit their team photo for the State Championship Program. 
​​Deadline: November 1

Team Academic All-State Registration

(School Teams Only)
Don't forget to submit your team roster with GPA's. Awards and medals are given. Certain GPA's will be recognized in our State Championship program.

State Championship T-shirt 

(Pre-Order Only)
Don't be the only team not purchasing the State Championship tee. 
Deadline: October 22

Senior Scholarships

OSDTDA wants to give back to our dancers. Make sure to share the links with your senior dancers. They can apply for these scholarships and receive $250 per scholarship if they are chosen. A great way to get a start on college savings. 
Deadline: November 1

Seniors or Team Social Media Shoutouts

A great way to showcase your team, or seniors by submitting a sweet message from their coaches. The shoutout will be posted on our social media sites and can be shared with anyone. 
Deadline: December 1

Tribute to Seniors Program Ad

Leave your seniors a memorable message from their coaches in our State Championship Program. 
Deadline: November 1

Penalty Worried?

Email our penalty judge with a video of skill or with a question that can be answered.  
**One email per question or skill.
**Only emails from registered coaches will be reviewed.
